Assign rewards to Organisations

Need to assign rewards to custom organisations. For instance we want customers to reward their purchases by selecting from a pre entered list of organization they support...so that organisations can in time use those rewards in the store... so Customer 1 buys three items and assigns his reward to organisation 1, ...Customer 2 buys ten items and assigns his reward to organisation 2....etc etc..
