Add / edit User data, both in a public area

I need to be able to add / edit User data, both in a public area (where the User can see), for example to correct a User's name spelling, address or ZIP code, and also in a private area (where only admins can see), for example to add a note that this user is a slow-pay or high maintenance type person.

Again, would REALLY like to see this capability inside the WordPress platform, editable within the WordPress/WooCommerce menu.
