Need option for the users to enter by using their loyalty points & the winners earn Loyalty points

For eg. The winner of the Sweepstakes would get 25000 Loyalty points.
And to participate members can use their loyalty points.
Suppose there are 10 users submitting 1000 points each, then 9 of them would lose their 1000 points and the winner would get 25000 points added in his account.
I like this idea
