Thanks for your comment. You are right in saying that GDPR has brought in a lot of points to think about. Further, it applies to EU citizens living overseas as well. So for .e.g. a giveaway running in Singapore may also need to comply with GDPR as some participants although resident in Singapore, maybe EU citizens. We are looking at solutions for e.g. we think it would be ok if we put a notification for EU citizens advising them of GDPR and then they have a choice to (not)participate.
