Require an automated email template to be triggered for users who show no activity after a specified period.

More info: The purpose is to help promote online store and an opportunity to increase sales reminding customers to shop again by redeeming their points. This is a request for an email template to trigger automatically, e.g. every 9 months of non activity from date of signing up/last activity. This is useful, if the point expiry is set manually e.g. 12 or 24 months from customers' last activity date, inactive customers can be reminded to shop again and not lose the points; or otherwise these inactive customers can be safely and manually deleted from the list.

This requirement can be addressed in both a current and future solution:

Current solution: You can create a campaign and then pause the widget and pop up of this campaign - So your campaign will not show up publicly. And then, using the promo URL, you can send a newsletter for this campaign to your selected group of customers- So now, only these customers will be able to participate by clicking on this link. Yes, the one issue with this strategy is that the link can be passed on to other people, and they can participate as well- But then one can argue the 'more the merrier' principle.

Future solution- We are very pleased to inform you that we are working on a comprehensive set of features that will help you create and send targeted campaigns to different audiences e.g. Winback customers, Anniversary customers, etc.

Thank you Praveen. However, this does not present a solution to which I addressed above. I would like to be able to create a new template. Gratisfaction currently has existing email templates, however, it does not allow the subscribers like us, to create template (this would be awesome feature if it has), even though it says

"In this section you can setup email content which will be triggered when certain actions or activities occur"

Loyalty & Referral Reward Program Welcome Email (see attached for more)

Email sent to users who have signed up to your Purchase and Referral Program.

It is indeed a great program whereby the Gratisfaction system has the customers' name, email address, signed up date, total points as well as the permission level, it would only be logical that a template be created to automatically trigger, say after 9 months (from signed up date) of non activity reminding customers that they have redeemable points that they could use on their next buy.

Example of the email template - "Hard to believe, but it's been a while since your last purchase from us. Don't let your unused redeemable points expire! Why not celebrate the occasion by redeeming your reward points on your next buy?

I understand your requirement - The previous response was referring to various templates we will introduce to target different segments of customers.

Yes, you can send a reminder email to your customers via your ESP (E.g. MailChimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, Aweber, ConstanctContact , etc).

To do this you can download the users' details in a CSV format by going to Gratisfaction Admin' -> 'Users' tab -> Download' button. And filter the inactive users from the columns 'Signed-up date' or 'Last Action'- Then upload the edited CSV file to our ESP and send the newsletter- You can contact us for more details on the steps.
