let points expire 1 year after registration and not all at the same time. Need more custom settings for point expiry.
Email to remind the customer that his points are going to expire. I think this is a VERY important feature as it allows you to pressure the customers to buy more often, before the points expire.
Can you allow user to have more customization options:
1. instead of the 3 options, change to calendar format or input specific number of days and let them decide how long they want the points to expire... 45 days, 2 months, 3 months, 72 days etc
2. by month option... e.g. expire 3 or 6 months from the day of collection. Client may have 13 transactions at different dates in Dec but all the points gained in Dec will all expire 3 months later (on 31 Mar next year)
3. make any/certain/min. purchase to extend the validity by another X month
