Lets say that someone is participating in the contest and let say gain 10 entries. Then when a new user participate also, and gain more than 10 entries, the first user receives a mail notification & a facebook notification that "user [name x] have passed your entries and increased his chances for win. Take action now! and have this text be modified by admins
